A 63 years old male patient named Mr. Gopalbhai Moradiya had complaint of pain over left shoulder, axilla, retrosternal and left interscapular region for which he went to cardiologist at another hospital. His primary report like ECG showed Ischemic changes and his 2D Echo report showed that pumping power of his was reduced to 35%, regional wall motion abnormalities were seen at rest, and mild MR. Cardiologist advised him for coronary angiography but as patient’s son was aware about CT coronary angiography they came to Saaol Heart Center. After careful examination and consultation with our cardiologist they agreed for EECP treatment or better known as natural bypass treatment.

After completion of full course of EECP treatment his repeat 2D Echo showed increased LVEF = 60% and NO regional wall motion abnormalities (RWMA) was seen at rest. Now he is almost free from his complaint of chest (as patient can walk for 30 minutes daily without any chest discomfort).
