A 49 years old male patient came to us with complaints of difficulty in breathing while sleeping, chest pain on exertion. He is a known case of hypertension. His TMT was positive and his previous 2D echo report showed that his LVEF reduced to 31%. Consultant at our center advised him for EECP treatment and life style modification program. After completion of treatment his repeat 2D Echo report showed improvement in his LVEF 37%. His chest pain improved within a week after starting EECP treatment.
