58 yr old male patient having clo chest pain  since 2 to 3 day for that he went to triastar hospital surat ,there he was diagnose by he had a heart attack befor 2 to 3 days and his consulting cardiologist perform to coronary angiography and 2d echo reports  and it shows one coronary tube are 100% block  and 2d echo shows ef-45% and adwise  to do stenting  but pt  dosent want to do that and went to saaol surat branch and consult there. He was join our cardiac disease reversal program in  december -2020 but he was not completed his treatment due to financial problem  after finish of 20 days of  eecp treatment we performen again   2d echo repots and it was show ef -60 % .now patient will walk and run without any problem.
