For this he was offered option of stenting in LAD by cardiologist at Mahavir Hospital, surat. But patient refused for stenting and opt for medical management. He came to us for futher advice and our consultant offered him EECP 35 sessions and 15 sessions along with lifestyle modification. At the end of his treatment he repeated his TMT in which he could run for 9 minutes and 55 seconds without any chest discomfort (thought test was borderline positive). Now patient could walk upto 4 km daily without any problem and by adapting our life style modification program he stopped all his tablets for controlling blood sugar levels though his sugar levels are within normal range. He feels more energetic after completion of treatment.
