59 year old female patient with complain of chest pain wile walking (Unstable angina) admitted in hospital. Her angiography report was performed on 7th January 2017 showed 3 blockages. Doctors advised to perform immediate Heart Bypass Surgery. Patient and their family members were not ready so they ask for discharged. After that patient’s son consulted in Saaol heart center Surat where he was advised for Artery cleaning Treatment to soften blockages. .
